I don't know much about Paphs but if it is cooler by the window, it may have just slowed down the development. If the conditions are very different between what you have under the lights and the window and the change was very sudden, it just depends on how the orchid handles stress whether the spike will continue to grow.

Yeah the conditions were different the room with the lights is much cooler all day long and it got more light. I think It might have been the move that stressed the plant out. I moved it back but maybe that was a bad Idea because it will be more stress. Why must this plant be so sensitive.
