Default Masdevallia Coccinea
First time flowering after 4 years. I guess I didn't have the right conditions until now for it to flower for the first time.

It's an impressive seedling so far and I am hopeful the flower will be good.

Colour is "sparkling magenta" and I am very happy. Still opening and I can post another picture when it has completely opened.

P.S. 98F and low humidity here yesterday and has been very warm here this month. Plant is still going and won't lose it's flower or any leaves. Who says it can't be done?
