Well, I finally got my plant! I ended up getting a huge one (practically specimen sized) from Martin Motes in Homestead. I drove down there yesterday to check it out. It was too nice to pass up. After all the discussion on this thread about different prices, sizes, colors, etc, I just got this one even though it was $72 (at least, no shipping fee). In the basket are 2 good sized plants that have each bloomed several times, plus a smaller one growing from the bottom. Martin said it should be blooming again in about 2 months. It is the 'blue'. It looks like it had been in the back of the greenhouse for quite some time. I cleaned off all the dead spikes and quite a few dried up roots and it looks better now. What do you think, did I spend too much?
