Easy as pie. Growing in a plastic net pot in straight sphagnum. They're not all that crazy about having their roots disturbed. They do like A LOT of water; I let the moss just start to get "crispy" on top before I drench it. Fairly heavy feeders as well. Mine are on the Paph/Phal shelf, raised up another six inches closer to the lights. No winter rest, and they seem to do just fine without it.
