My Bulb. gracillimum has this little black spots on all its leaves, what are they?

What are these black spots on the back of my bulbophyllums leaves? - Imgur

The dots are slightly indented. It could be thrips, I'm not sure how to get rid of them. Every source says to use insecticides but it's very hard to get them here in Canada it seems.
