Let the plant tell you when it is ready... when you see new growth (which will also produce new roots). Don't worry about the tight pot... orchids do like "tight shoes". When you do repot, just rinse off the old medium that comes off easily, don't worry about what might be stuck on. Favor root-preservation.

Default Look at it go….

Never repotted it. Now look at it go! One spike probably 14” tall and another on the way! I love this orchid! Pretty much any orchid that spikes for me I love!
