Default Noid phal Dens not plumpy

Hello, I am doing really great with my noid phal type dens.

They have lots of keikels and lots of new roots but why they are not plumpy? the canes are fairly small and leaves are thin.

My Husband just bought me another phal type dens (name tag was broken) And I took it out of the packed moss and the old bark. and just took some coconut fibers and placed them in the pot. Same as my other plant as mentioned. these canes are very tall, plumpy and juicy looking, lol, the leaves are alot boarder.
