The maudiae alba took nearly two years to rebloom, and now adding more growths finally, but the flower shape has changed for the worse.
The next one up is a tonsum crossed with dark coloratum. I kind of like this flower. It has this nice satiny texture. I wanted a "peacock" paph anyways, so I'm going to keep this one.
The third one is a green maudiae crossed with green complex. I wasn't expecting anything much as I always thought those two are wrong mix. I got it because the plant was small yet the bud was large. The flower is really big and better than some of its siblings I've seen.
well, I have to say I don't mind it.
Then a few more vinis that opened recently.
One of them won't open up fully.

The last of the these four, although rather crippled in shape and coloration, the wine tone is just amazing under the light at night. I want to keep it just for that and the dark glossy leaves.
Now the last, but not least, is the first complex paph to open for the season for me, and I love it!

The flower is rather small, but I like the clean color and the shape. I looked up and someone has already registered this one this year in the RHS, although I couldn't find any good example photos online.
It's Yerba Buena crossed with Stone Lovely (Green Genes).
More complex paph blooms coming soon next month. Yay!!!
