Just did a search and found that her nursery was named "M.G.R Orchids" so MGR for a clonal name could fit.

So the plant would be: Blc. Momilani Rainbow 'MGR'

on further reflection since the name Momilani was misspelled on the handwritten label how could I be sure that the clonal name is Mgr not Margie as Polka suggested ?
