Default Bulbophyllum echinolabium
This flower spikes looks like there might be another flower coming behind this one. I believe this is supposedly one of the larger bulbophyllum flowers.

Oh man I am so happy for you! This one is giving me lots of growth but no blooms, at least not yet.

Any care tips or specifics you can provide?
