Default Two Phalaenopsis', one blooms the other doesn't, why?

I have two phals that I have had for three years each. The one phal has produced flowers five times in that span. The other phal has not produced a bloom even once in that same time span. Both look very healthy and both are receiving the same exact care. What am I doing wrong with the one?
