yes seaweed extract its available here. thanks for the info.
can i substitute fertilizer with seaweed extract? is it an all purpose plant food?

No you cannot substitute them. Use seaweed extract every 2 to 4 weeks, not more. And if you Catt has poor roots, don't expose it to direct sun all day, only in the morning or evenings. Once the roots are healthy, then give it more sun.
