That 7135 model has a 3.5 gpd output, better, but still not wonderful.
You really need to consider the size of the room to be humidified and its connectivity to other rooms and the outdoors.
Folks really don't understand just how much air exchange their living spaces possess. For example, it only takes 1 cup of water (~1/2 lb) to keep 1000 cubic feet of air at 50% RH at 74°F, and if a 2 gpd evaporator could maintain that, you're looking at a complete air exchange every 45 minutes!
The greenhouse my collection is in is about 2000 cubic feet volume, but with the leakiness of the structure (doors, shuttered vents), I use about 10-15 gallons per day to keep the humidity around 70%
