You can try calling, ask to speak to the owner, and if that fails, the letter idea is grand! I'm sorry you were treated so rudely. I am thinking that the female you spoke to should probably not work in customer service.

That's horrible! I say each person who has gotten mistreated there should write letters to the owner. This is just not right, and I won't buy from there myself.

It really does stink, but they should offer better customer service. There are so many ppl on here that have had bad experiences, but think about all the people who aren't members of this forum. They might even know about her behavior!!!

No, someone needs to bring it to their attention, and if they do nothing, they will just have to lose business.

Its funny after all this they returned my email. I copy and pasted it so its word for word.
Hi Eric,

I am one of the owners and I am the one who gave you unsatisfactory customer service today.

I am sorry I offended you.

We tend to err on the side of discouraging customers from buying orchids which we think will be difficult to them to grow, given their growing conditions. Many customer appreciate this honesty.

If you would like to cancel your order, just let us know.

Again I am so sorry,

Alice

Maybe it's just one bad apple? I don't buy from anyone on line but from reading this it sounds like one person. Everywhere I have ever worked there is always that one really sour puss or grape or whatever. Sometimes it's not a bad company but one person makes the whole place look bad.
