I've purchased from them when they were at redlands and when they were in california towards the fall. I bought sophronitis both times and all were in great shape and some in flower; unfortunately a while later they were dead because of my lack of attention. I also allowed a friend to purchase some tender plants along with my order, and they were basically doa. I can't remember if it was this forum or another but I posted there that if you were going to get something tender I might be cautious, but if it has pseudobulbs they'd probably be fine. Otherwise I think I'd have someone go to their booth and look things over before picking them up for you. I've read a few other places that some vendors who are importing tender things to sales like this, buyers haven't had good luck unless they were hardier plants.
