I recently placed an order from ecuagenera with 6 plants, and only 4 came. They gave me a little sheet of plants in the order noting which ones were in this shipment and 5 of them were checked off…but online my shipment is considered fulfilled. I would really like to get these last two plants but I’ve emailed and texted multiple times with no response. Any suggestions or has this happened to anyone else?
Sad to say, but this seems to be a common theme. I sent two emails to Ecuagenera about my order missing one plant, and also sent two texts to Ecuagenera. I then filed a dispute through my credit card for only the cost of the one missing plant. As of today, I have not heard back from my credit card company. It's a damn shame, because the plants I did receive were very nice healthy plants.
Yeah, everything I actually got was in great shape. Did you order from Ecuagenera or Ecuagenera USA (FL nursery)? Because they have so many plants I want but I’m not comfortable risking another $50 or so dollars and having to file a dispute again.
