Ecuagenera Order missing a plant
I placed an order for five plants. The order was shipped the following day. When I opened it, there were only four plants. I sent two emails to their website contact address, then I sent two texts to their website phone number. I never heard anything from them. A bit of frustration led me to file a dispute via my credit card. The dispute is only for the missing plant, which was $32.00. I might not shop there again. Their Customer Service is non-existant.
