Thank you for your detailed response.

Do I have to inform APHIS ahead of placing my order that the plants are for personal use and not for resale? When ordering from the website, is there provision for me to declare that?

As long as it's 12 plants or fewer, and you don't plan on reselling them for profit, then no. You don't need to inform APHIS.

And no, the website doesn't have a provision to declare anything regarding import/export regulations or rules. If your shipping address is the US, the owner at Barampung will just automatically add the fees for paperwork and shipping when you ask for the final total.

I guess I should mention. It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for him to obtain the export paperwork.

Beautiful Neos, and they look great in nice fresh, fluffly sphagnum. I love the variegation on the bean leaf, it's quite different looking!
