Larger lattice pot completed.

I have a ways to go with the painting skills. My key issue seems to be time/impatience. I promise to go slowly next time. I could paint over this one and start over but I put in way too much time!

Ryan, YOU are your own worst critic. This most recent neopot IS FANTASTIC! I wouldn't mind owning it.

Ryan I followed your instructions and finally made a pot without bumps, being lopsided, and all around better construction. Thank you bunches. Now I need to do some painting but it will be simple because I'd hate to mess this one up. I still need a new mold but have been too busy to go looking for one.

I love it! I need to get some polymer clay, and also the Darwinara that I have been wanting. It would be cool to do the pot in colours that would go with a blue darwinara

Looks good. I like the cork screw rim, a neat variation on the rope rim. I like your choice of colors too. Are you ready to try some lattice work? Glad the pull and stretch method worked for you, too! Worked great for me, too. I did it the first time and was like, duh! So simple!

Find a pot you like, line it with foil, and get forming!

I never would have figured out to stretch the clay...never. Lol. That is all your doing. I also have no idea of how to do lattice except on a pie crust. You asked me when I did my first pot if I was pleased with it. I can truly answer that question now. I am pleased with the structure. I learned that baking the main part of the pot just enough for it to harden then do the rim and feet is magic. To think two weeks ago I was searching eBay for a pot under $60. Haha that is over.
