thanks for your input. I just moved recently and the tank moved with me in the car, so maybe it got to stressed out and gave up. There are a lot of mushrooms that have been sprouting in my tank as well. I just have no idea because everything else in the tank looks healthy and happy. I have a Harallea retrocalla that has three spikes on it right next to my gastrochilus.

Mushrooms simply mean a food source (decaying mounts) and heat and moisture. Doesn't lead to what you describe. Loss of all leaves suddenly leads me to think something's wrong with this plant. Just don't know what.
