Default Phal. equestris 'alba' finally flowered

I bought this one in spring 2007 as a seedling.
Well it's finally flowered! and has 2 spikes!! the other one hasn't got any buds open but I couldn't wait to share my excitement!
It Does have a very pale pinkish colour on the lip- which I had not noticed until I saw the pic on the screen and went back for an other look!

(probably as I had a 'hard' time trying to get a real 'alba') as a year before I had bought one and it turned out to be a pink equestris, (which I adored) & wrote to the grower basically saying 'i bought an alba - this is what I got .. and would really like a white this time round!'
Well this is it after 2 years!

Wonderful, definately an alba this time

It's a really nice flower, I love equestris but I'm not sure I've seen the alba form before.

Gorgeous! It's on my wishlist too, along with 2 other equestris.
