Ah, you've found a way to show the format of the code. Every time I tried that it just put the picture in or turned the text in between in to a link.

At first I tried to enclose it in the [code] but not sure why it didn't work.

It would be very helpful if flickr just included the BB code like they include the html code for each image size.
