Please help identify this growth. The mother plant is very happy and healthy..

I agree it looks like a bloom. But no spike, just a crazy growth in between the leaves. The mother is healthy and all roots are bright green. Large leaves. Reliable bloomer.

All three nodes sprouted keikeis after i clipped the tip of her bloom spike. I guess i just need to wait and see what that growth is going to be

It does look like a bloom. Even without a spike, you can enjoy the vigor your plant is showing! Over time, the keiki will get bigger, grow roots, and give you another plant, or make the parent plant bigger.
