Also searching on the internet i found these vessels. What do you think about them ?

Those bottles, the mouth seems to be a bit small for easily removing plantlets.

What I have seen one commercial grower use are mason jars (canning jars), these have a 2 part lid - the screw ring and the sealing plate. This grower replaces the sealing plate with a filter disc; fungus growers use the same technique. See the bottom of this page for synthetic filter discs
