Kiki (sp) formula

Kieki paste is typically made of cytokinins and sometimes people add jasmonic acid.

Actually, I use cytokinins for a few different things. One of them is a face cream. Amazing stuff.

Negatory, kinetin and zeatin are awesome for skin. Kinetin is now the active ingredient a bunch of anti-wrinkle and skin firming products. Just check some of the science on the stuff, it works. Off topic, I hate the neutriceutical buzzword game where the try to make comsetics and makeup sound like science and research. I also hate those commercials where they talk about "healthy" hair... it is all dead keratinized cells. Is your kitchen table healthier when you rub oil on it?

Question folks, & I don't know if there is a more appropriate place to place this question/idea ... if there is let me know, please. I've noticed that common key words in a thread are linked to definitions. [very cool idea]. Does anyone know if those terms are editable? I ask simply because I noticed in the def for "keiki" that there was no indication of its correct pronounciation and thought that might be a handy thing for newbies. BTW, correct pronounciation of "keiki" for any interested is kay-key.

Well not getting into hair, but it is actually good for your wood furniture to get oil applied to the unfinished areas. At least here in the north, things can get awefully dried out in the winter. When wood gets too dried out it can become more prone to splitting and splintering. Oiling the unfinished/unvarnished/unsealed areas acts as a moisterizer. Oiling also helps to prevent the wood from absorbing moisture from the air under very humid conditions which could cause the wood to swell.

Any member can submit a new term with it's definition and pronounciation (if possible) . After review of it's content, it will be posted to the glossary. I look after moderation of the glossary.

Please PM any additions to existing terms to me, and I will look after it.
