My Masdies occasionally do something similar- especially if I've accidentally allowed them to go dry and or too hot.

With something that spreads, I personally like to remove the leaf. The plant overall looks good and will drop that leaf soon anyway, might as well nip a possible infection in the bud.

Thanks for the advise I'll definitely be giving my plant a little hair cut tonight once I get home, should I do anything to the area I snip? Currently the temp is 95 so that could be a huge factor 🙄
