Thanks! They do seem to respond quickly to changes they like/hate. Hmmm...maybe I'll repot it. I'm not familiar with Pinochio, but pretemps was definitely calling to me at the Park. It's gorgeous. I just had to visualize the half dead masdie I have to stop me. The good news is that I've put the half dead one outside a while back and just noticed a new shoot today.

Thanks again for the advice. All Masdies have been repotted in NZ moss. I broke one clay pot so 3 are in clay and happy one growing indoors went back into the pot it was in. The media was pretty bad so I hope the new stuff gives them a boost. The ones I have are:
Two veitchianas (please please rebloom lol)
Barleana
Angel Fling which truly likes my indoor intermediate culture and I need to post its bloom photo
Golden Tiger which seems to like the cooler outdoor temps and appears to be recovering from being indoors.

You've got some nice ones! I did some re-potting today as well. One lesson I learned was to keep extra pots on hand, including 'one size up' from what I have something in. I can stack the existing one inside that and gain some stability, while also having the next pot ready when I need it!

Are any of your plants growing large enough to divide? Have you ever given them some seaweed?

I grow a Masd. Dean Haas indoors. I'm going to meet with him tomorrow and get some suggestions, and probably a new plant from him as well!

They're still small. I haven't tried seaweed, but imagine it would have some useful micronutrients. Maybe I should try our pond water first. It's free. Enjoy meeting Dean and I'm looking forward to seeing what you get. I'm going to our OS auction today. Hoping to get some heritage catts. I like floofy.

And you have fun too! I thought about going but decided an auction isn't the best idea for me :-)

Have had great success with seaweed. If you have some time, it might be worth it to research it a bit and see what people say about it, how they use it, and what the results are. I use it once in a while on the masdies (and all my plants) and really feel like it gives me stronger and more roots.
