Masdevallia Snow Cone
Masdevallia Snow Cone, a "warm-tolerant" hybrid. Just got this in bud this week, and was rewarded with this bloom this morning.
Sorry the side view isn't focused as well...the autofocus was having troubles but I wanted to show the profile of the bloom, which is often lost on masdevallia shots.

In a windowsill. Day temps low 70s, night temps low 60s. humidity 50-70%. approx 1000 FC of light. seems happy so far. the blooms are just starting to fade, lasted about 1 month.

well when I bought it, they said it could tolerate up to intermediate temps...I haven't pushed it yet, but we'll see next summer!
