Thank you for sharing pictures. Was a great way to wake up with my coffee this morning. Guess there is a reason I live in "Canada", if I had access to all that, I'd be in big, big trouble. Thanks again, great photograpy.

Ah... but there is so much I want to grow and cant without the cool climate of Canada. If only Cypripediums did well in Bangkok hahhaha.. Then I would be poor

I believe you can grow Cypripediums as garden plants in Canada as some species are native Canadian terrestrials. Think of cold loving deciduous Paphiopedilums and you have them,

Thanks for the info, and I did look them up. If I happen to "run into" some that can grow and stay in the garden I will probably explore that.

If you mean in a long-term sense, no I don't live in Bangkok. I'm actually from Missouri.

Though I am currently staying in Thailand (though not necessarily Bangkok the whole time) for the summer.
Purpose is for a college research internship and to visit relatives (I'm part Thai).

EDIT: Not to say I that don't take the sights in when I can.

I am actually tempted to get a plant or two (or three?) for my relatives' house.
