Interesting - all the orchids are in the same place, but only this one has the variegated coloration. The new leaves on all the others are solid green.

If the flower is dark, so the plant produces lots of anthocyanin (the red pigment) the leaves may have more of a tendency to show red color in relatively high light, where plant with light colors (pink or white) may not.
