Sorry, I don't see typical signs of mites. I do see some wilt in the last photo, but that could be anything. Mites typically leave white wispy webs on undersides of leaves and if humidity is tyipical for Phals (above 50%) then mites usually aren't the culprit. I agree with nanella and check the roots. Unpot the suspect and check the roots. I know I have been surprised many times with what I found!
