In Need of a Fungicide Female

Does anyone know of a good way ot determine whether a bagged orchid that looks a little down on its luck is suffering from fungus versus virus.....and shoud I go with cinnamon or a copper treatment when cutting the affected leaves. Sorry no pics ask, and I'll send

basicaly, some spots on leaves on an epi mandel kanda "miyad" x epi randianum ( and BTW - mount, basket or pot on this guy?)
