Exclamation Didieri Black Spots/Leaf drop Help!

Hello all how are you? good i hope! Ive got a problem! My didieri has dropped one of the lower leaves and now the same thing is happening to the next leaf up its Its in spot that gets anywhere from 58-69% humidity and temps that range from 78-62 degrees in medium light. i watered it and got the leaves wet just the two lower ones and they are the ones that are having trouble. I think that because i dont have a fan running at all(dont own one) it didnt dry off?I suspect a rot of some kind. its not soft or mushy tho? here are pictures

I have a fan arriving in the mail today to give some strong air circulation. ive only watered it once since the first time i noticed it cuz i wanted to make sure it was dry before i got it wet. and i only watered it from below so as to be positive i didnt get any more leaves wet. the leaf in question has not fallen off yet and is not loose at all. Have killed this guy??? The roots are all healthy and its even making new ones. Not only that it is making a new leaf and noticeably advancing, growing. What do i do?
