I sold out and submitted a PO for more. I received the following reply:

I am writing to inform you that {my current supplier} will unfortunately no longer be selling OrganiShield and will be filing for bankruptcy in the near future. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our license agreement with the manufacturer has been terminated, which is a very unfortunate situation.

However, there is some positive news. Another company will be taking over the sales and distribution of OrganiShield. From your perspective, the ordering process will remain the same. The entire operation has been relocated to California, and they are currently in the process of setting up to ensure the continued fulfillment of OrganiShield orders.

I am working closely with the new team and have already forwarded your purchase order for fulfillment. While they are working to get things up and running as quickly as possible, it is likely that your order will be shipped next week. They will, of course, do their best to expedite this if possible.
