I agree with the other members here too. It doesn't appear to be something nasty.

But - in any case - the usual goal is to have suitable temperatures and temperature ranges, and suitable lighting levels and lighting duration, and other conditions.

It looks like your orchid is growing satisfactorily, which is great, and pigmentation is quite ok.

There is another orchid leaf seen in the pics that appears to have a brown patch at the base of the leaf. Not sure what that is due to.

Gentle air-movement is beneficial as well - to cut down on (or to eliminate) chances of certain kinds of fungal activity on leaves.

You occasionally apply mag-cal treatments and fertiliser treatments, right?
