Default tiny black spots on laeliocattleya new growth

The photo is of a new Laeliocattleya I got recently. I'm not sure if the spots were there when i first got it.
The spots are on both sides but the spots on the back of the leaf are not the same as the spots on the front of the leaf. As far as I can tell it is only on this new growth and not on the old growth.
The other plants came in the same box from the same place so they are kept together since they have already been exposed to eachother in close proximity.

I water each plant individually either with a nozzle pointed directly at the substrate below the leaves or at the sink using the same method. If the leaves get wet, I dry them before putting the plant back.

What is this stuff?
Is there anything I should do about it?

Looks like a baby fungal infection! Nothing to worry about really, just make sure your conditions aren't prone to fungal growth. Don't let foliage stay wet. Maybe a light neem oil spray once in a while if you're concerned about it spreading. If I had a dollar for each of my orchids with tiny black spots.. I'd have like.. many dollars.

I wouldn't worry about it.
