The Diet And Fitness Battle Male
Default I have intensified all three

Of my workouts. All have a minimum of 24 sets in them. The other thing that has intensified them is that I am taking less time between each exercise. Remember, my sessions are only 45 minutes. Almost all of this is circuit work. In today's workout, I am going to try to do 27 sets. I have gone back to using dumbbells instead of using the Smith machine because I wanted to strengthen my stabilizing muscles. Today, it is all about lifting as close to my own weight as possible. There are a few exercises where I am using weights, but mostly I am using my weight.

I have a major weight issue due to medication and lack of exercise due to the fact I have M.E/CFS and cannot do vry much due to pain fatigue and muscle exhaustion. I need to do something as my health is adversely affected by carrying more weight but being home all day and having a sweet tooth dont all add to the ideal situation for dieting. I have considered joining weight watchers or slimming world but nothing will work till I can quit eating the cakes, biscuits and crisps, Problem is if my husband says anything i get defensive and upset. I will try extra hard to get myself in order before i turn into a beach ball 190lb is too much for a 5ft 5inch woman.

Hi Playtime, I mentioned FRS healthy Energy earlier in the thread. It really works although not sure if it is available in the UK. I swear by it.

Great Job Gregg. Come on down in the summer time and I take you for a couple of hikes in the glades. You will be sure to lose the rest and fast.

FRS Healthy Energy, Healthy Energy Drink
Allergy aside this is a very healthy way to get extra energy and helps to recover from a workout quicker. Its not at all like the energy drinks you get in convenient stores. Rather then explaining it here visit there website and all the info is there. Lance Armstrong now endorses it. 7 time tour de France winner and cancer survivor. I'm not trying to sell you on this other then it has helped me and thought it might do the same for you. Its no magic pill, it just helps. I like there Low Carb powered mix (orange & lemon/lime). And the pomegranate/blueberry chews.

Default Gosh

I really wish that I could use some of the supplements that some of the body builders use, but my situation will not allow me to do that. I have to rely on being able to do it the old fashioned way. Workout as hard as I can when I go to the gym and watch what I am eating. Get lots of fiber and good amounts of protein and carbohydrates, without getting as many as some of the builders get( we're talking over 3000 to 4500 or more) If I ate like that, someone would be chasing me with a hatchet. LOL!! Tomorrow is another lift day. At least 25 sets, plus my cardio work.

The Diet And Fitness Battle Male
Default Under 190

For the first time in a number of years. Since modifying my diet, my program is doing much better. I may actually reach my goal by late April. Originally, I had thought by late March, but I just do not see that happening. It is just too much, too soon. Oh well, I am doing what I am supposed to be doing and not trying to take it off too quick.
