well... I was moving material for the greenhouse, made a REALLY bad movement, and ended up with a disc hernia... I am on sick leave since 01-AUG, and will stay like that untill end of AUG... luckily, today I had an EMG done, and it was confirmed that my nerves are doing fine, but very strong pinched... as for now, there seem to be no urgency for a surgery, but we need to wait 2 or 3 weeks to see how things evolve.... (I really hope, no surgery!)... a bit joking, I am now a legal junkie: treatment with morphine...

OUCH!!! That stinks!

I'd suggest trying all other treatments before going for surgery on my back...good luck to you and you know all your friends here are wishing you a speedy recovery

I'm so sorry to hear that- I hope you don't need surgery. The healing powers of the human body are amazing, but they do need time.
