Unfortunately, once a tag is lost, it is virtually impossible to identify a plant. Some will say it "looks like" but that is the same as saying one of your children "looks like" your neighbor's. Just enjoy it for the lovely plant it is. However, if you know there is an orchid nursery nearby and suspect that is the source, can you visit? Just do not say where you got your plant!!!
To start on the right road to orchid growing, do your best to see that there names on any plants you get in the future. It may not seem important now, but it will pay off as you get more addicted!

I noted that you live in the US. What part of the country? This will help in knowing how to grow your Cyms. Most California growers can grow outside all year, for instance. Those in the North and on the East coast where there is serious freezing, have to grow totally differently.
