I am just a beginner in orchids. I have a few types. most of them noids-as I buy the smallest plants to cut cost-usu. at two leaves stage; and then attempt to grow them

kindly help me out.
this one was small, neglected among more showy exibits.nobody knew it's name. it appears to be a miniature den. with red leaves.
