what kind of dendrobium am I?

hi all,
I just joined after finding this great site. Our collection of orchids is ever slowly increasing.

We have an orchid that has flowers which looked very much like a dendrobium. It's getting pretty crowded in it's little pot so we wanted to know.

-- when is the best time to divide and repot?
-- what is it we're growing?

I've attached a photo. I have a photo of when it was flowering but I left it at home. Can post later though.
