Default Spring Color

Not sure how much interest there is for close-up photography...obviously, it is an area of interest for me and I thought I'd share it with you.

WOW!

Those photos are fantastic!!!

Make sure you take a few in a landscape format so you can enter them in this year's calendar contest!

Here's some info from a previous contest:
http://www.orchidboard.com/community...-calendar.html

Note: the plant prize and some other details will most likely be different for the next contest, but this should give you an idea of what has been done in the past.

I have my calendar right above my desk and right now I'm looking at a gorgeous Phrag Ecua-bess submitted last year by Smartie2000 (Fren)...

each page is equally stunning!

OB calendars are also available in our Support Store:

Very nice. Many members take these kinds of pics. Phal lips are important after all in Identification.

H. You don't have to reshoot those images, just crop horizontally. They are mostly artzy photos anyways and losing a bit either top or bottom would hurt any of them.
