This is my very first paph that blooms twice or three times a year, but always a single stem.
This is the first time I see two spikes going. yay!!!!

The tag says it is a cross of Hsinying Citron and lawrenceanum, and just out of curiosity, I looked up on RHS orchid registry and Ching Hua had it registered it as Hsinying Spring Green in 2011.

Nice green/white maudiae type on a very tall stem, but the dorsal has some issues as the flowers age. I am always on the look out for something better in this color combo, but this one has a special place in me, so I keep it. I have even divided it once and gave one half away to someone, who killed this not so easy to kill plant.

The plain green leafed one is paphiopedilum insigne sanderae. bought in bloom one year ago, and it is coming into spike exactly one year after.
bought with three spikes and another set of three spikes I see. what a good one!

When I visited her, she had the plant in deep shade where no light reaches.
The plant looked like bean sprouts. lol

Then on the next visit, well, goner.

Yeah, but she is not good with plants.
I gave her my division in bloom as a gift, so she at least enjoyed it for good three months!

This plant lasts long in bloom.
