There was another thread that Marty (our site owner) posted a couple of weeks ago.
http://www.orchidboard.com/community/255853-post1.html
People then submitted pics to the email address he provided and after the closing date he selected the pics that were suitable for the calendar and posted them on this thread for voting.
Once voting is closed the winning 13 pics will be made into a 2010 calendar which you will be able to buy here on OB, so make sure and look out for it.

Orchid calendar
Funny, when I went through the pics, I came up with only 12 first time through but had a couple more in mind. What is really amazing is that one of my choices was 55. That will make a really attractive cover. I wish #1 had not had such a distracting background, it is a beautiful shot.
Would it be at all possible to see a list of the names of all the plants? Of course, I would like to have most of them but a list would make the search much easier.

What beautiful pictures to choose 13 winners. I actualy think everybody is a winner since we grow the most beautiful flowers in the world. What a great selection. Congradulations to everybody who made a submission.
I submitted a picture last year and it was great fun just to watch the voting. I did not submit this year but hope to give it a shot for next year. My camera is ready!!
