Default Coelogyne speciosa
This Coelogyne shows its flowers sequentially, one after another on each spike, the flowers are naturally "fallen" (facing the substrate), I placed it upright artificially, to show it better

Beautiful, thanks for posting both pictures. I didn't know they bloomed facing down like that.
