Coelogyne mooreana
Coelogyne mooreana is one of my favourites among Coelogyne species. Pristine white flowers are about 4 inches in size. Coelogyne mooreana is distributed in Vietnam (Da Lat, Dunkia-Mi-Ba, Nhalrang, Mount Dango-pot).

I find it very hard to describe a fragrance and it is so personal how each individual experience an aroma. To me its smell is very elegant, not heavy, but noticeable, not only “flowery” but there are some very gentle spicy tones there, something “green” as well, and all together is very fresh and in harmony with this crispy white ….
