Wow I have never seen a variegated Catt before. I wonder if it needs calcium? I have had a couple of mine that it was the new growth and they would rot and I remembered that, some one on here that had it happen and put egg shells on there Catt's. So I got some oyster shells and the rot stopped. Just a thought.
