Default cattleya lueddemanniana 'alba'

My c.lueddemannaina'alba' is in bloom,has two flowers.
There is no flagrance and they really beautiful and is small division that I bought from a local vendor.

Beautiful flowering!! Its a shame about not having scent, as I really, REALLY, love the smell of luddenmanianas.

Really pretty blooms. How long have they been open? If they just opened, maybe you should wait a few days and reinspect them for a scent. They may have developed a perfume by then.

Some say epiphytic orchids are parasite, for living on trees. I say orchids are parasites for luring us humans to take them into our homes to feed and care for them. Much more care than they would get in the wild....
