I've been fascinated by this orchid since I read about the hollow p-bulbs and saw it in a photo decades ago. The fragrant, white flowers with pink coloration on the back of the sepals are very attractive to me!

It's one of my favorites too. This one looks very nice. I wish I could smell it.

The ones I've smelled have a faint citrus fragrance.

I love Diacriums (I prefer to call them by this name). This plant's on my wish list, and will be added to my collection in the near future.

To me, mine smells like Fruit Stripe chewing gum.

One thing I can tell you Laura, I frequently find myself in the same situation, wispering 'hurry up, hurry up' to some spike...!!!

Mauro

I really like how you framed the macro.

None of the hybrids I have seen so far have captured the graceful flowers and the beautifully balanced fragrance of this orchid.
