Default Dinemea polybulbon 'Golden Gate'

Here's another Encyclia with an identity crisis. Another first bloom for me. The pencil is just for scale.

Hi Royal, that's a very nice species... no matter how they decide to call after all...

if the conditions are right, it can quickly become an especimen..

check this one at the Botanical Garden in Basel (about 3 feet from top to bottom)

Whatever they decide, we all know it's really an Encyclia. The one in your picture is HUGE! I wonder how long mine will take to get that big. It probably never will - I have chronic propagation syndrome. I can't keep myself from dividing my plants.
